Shipping & Return Policy

At RUAKH, customer satisfaction is our priority. All orders are custom-produced by our fulfillment partners. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy carefully.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days prior to shipping.

  • Shipping is available [U.S.-only or worldwide, specify here]. Rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Carriers include USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx. Carrier choice may vary by destination.

  • RUAKH is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.

2. Incorrect Address

  • If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.

3. Unclaimed Shipments

  • Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

  • After 30 days, unclaimed shipments may be donated to charity without refund, in accordance with Massachusetts abandoned property law (link).

4. Lost Packages

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • If confirmed lost, RUAKH will replace the product at no cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

  • Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If confirmed, RUAKH covers the cost of replacement.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Products such as face masks and hygiene-sensitive goods are non-returnable.

  • Size or Buyer’s Remorse: Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Customers must place a new order for size exchanges.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Non-returnable under FTC guidelines (link).

6. International Consumer Rights

  • Brazil: Customers may withdraw within 7 consecutive days of delivery, provided the product is unused.

  • European Union: Under Directive 2011/83/EU (link), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

    1. Goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

    2. Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.

7. Return Procedure
