1. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days prior to shipping.

2. Incorrect Address

If the address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs once a corrected address is provided.
3. Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. Customers are responsible for reshipment costs.

After 30 days, unclaimed shipments may be donated to charity without refund, in accordance with Massachusetts abandoned property law (link).
4. Lost Packages

Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

If confirmed lost, RUAKH will replace the product at no cost.
5. Returns and Exchanges

Defective, Misprinted, or Damaged Items: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If confirmed, RUAKH covers the cost of replacement.

Non-Returnable Items: Products such as face masks and hygiene-sensitive goods are non-returnable.

Size or Buyer’s Remorse: Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. Customers must place a new order for size exchanges.

6. International Consumer Rights

Brazil: Customers may withdraw within 7 consecutive days of delivery, provided the product is unused.

European Union: Under Directive 2011/83/EU (link), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods that are unsealed after delivery and unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
